Cellier Voluntè Pinot Grigio 2022

From north-east Italy, Cellier Voluntè Pinot Grigio 2022 is a white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in the Veneto region. The grapes are hand-picked in mid-August, then gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks under temperature-controlled conditions.

Careful handling continues before fermentation, with the juice chilled to allow natural separation of sediment and juice before racking and the addition of selected yeasts. The result is a clean, precise style shaped by crisp fruit and good acidity, making it well suited to relaxed drinking and lighter dishes.
