From the Barsac appellation, Château Climens 2014 is a Premier Grand Cru Classé sweet white wine with a long-established reputation. The estate was ranked a First Growth Barsac in 1855 and was acquired by Lucien Lurton in 1970. It is now owned and managed by Bérénice Lurton, and the vineyards are farmed according to biodynamic principles.

This vintage brings together concentrated flavour, luscious sweetness and bracing acidity, giving the wine notable tension and precision. Notes of dried apricots, orange marmalade, crème brûlée and fresh honey shape a rich, layered profile suited to the end of a meal or a more contemplative pour.
