Chateau Purcari Purcari Nocturne Chardonnay Moldovan White Wine

Founded in 1827, Chateau Purcari is one of Moldova’s most established producers, and this Nocturne Chardonnay reflects the house’s polished, full-bodied style. Made in the Republic of Moldova from Chardonnay grapes, this dry white wine is bottled at 13.5% ABV and comes from a range made with grapes harvested at night to help preserve quality and structure.

Six months of ageing in French oak barrels brings added texture and complexity. The result is a broad, creamy Chardonnay with floral and exotic fruit character, balanced by fresh acidity. Notes of vanilla and almond run through the palate, with a long, satisfying finish that suits roast poultry, white fish, shellfish and creamy pasta dishes.
