Chateau Purcari Purcari Nocturne Rose De Purcari Moldovan Rose Wine

Founded in 1827, Chateau Purcari is one of Moldova’s historic wine estates, and this Nocturne Rosé comes from its limited-edition range of night-harvested wines. Produced in the Republic of Moldova from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Rara Neagra, it is a dry rosé with 13% ABV, made to preserve freshness, aromatic character and balanced sugar levels.

Manual harvesting and traditional vinification shape a wine with a clear, bright pink hue and an expressive profile. Notes of apricot, peach, fresh berries and flowers lead into a palate that is dry, fruity, bold and soft, with lively acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Served chilled, it suits warm-weather drinking and pairs well with salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, lightly spiced chicken salads, lighter pasta dishes and crispy quiche with goat cheese.
