Cramele Recas Muse Day Vegan Rose Wine

From Cramele Recas in Banat, Muse Day is a dry rosé made from Syrah/Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. At 13% ABV, it offers a fruity, refreshing style with a supple body and a well-integrated finish, making it a versatile choice for lighter dishes and relaxed warm-weather serving.

Grapes are selected from the sunniest vineyard plots with slightly alkaline soils and picked to balance ripeness with freshness. A short maceration of the red grapes gives the wine its pale salmon pink colour while limiting tannin extraction. Fermentation and conditioning take place at low temperatures, with no oak contact, to preserve its fruit and floral character. Suitable for vegans.
