Cramele Recas Sole Rose Vegan Rose Wine

From Cramele Recas, Sole Rose is a dry rosé wine from Banat made with Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Fermented and stored in stainless steel vessels, then bottled early, it retains a fresh, vibrant character shaped by natural acidity and bright fruit expression.

Raspberry and blackberry bud aromas are joined by floral notes reminiscent of peonies, while the palate shows very good acidity, a citric edge and a slightly spicy close. An intense, grassy finish, silky texture and supple body give this vegan wine a balanced, refreshing style. Serve chilled at 7–9°C. It pairs particularly well with summer salads with feta and avocado, fish, lean meat, salmon, and barbecue dishes with white meat and vegetables such as asparagus, mushrooms and courgettes.
