Cramele Recas Muse Night Vegan Rose Wine

From Cramele Recas in Banat, Muse Night is a medium-dry rosé wine with 13% ABV and a bright, pale salmon pink colour. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah/Shiraz, it is produced from grapes picked from the sunniest vineyard plots to balance ripeness and freshness.

Low-temperature fermentation and conditioning preserve its fruit and floral character, while bottling after stabilisation keeps the style fresh and direct. The wine shows aromas of a red fruit cocktail with tropical fruits including raspberries, passion fruit, papaya and cranberries. On the palate, Cabernet brings texture, Merlot adds a supple, velvety body, and the finish carries red fruit notes with vibrant acidity.
