Clos Du Soleil Saturn 37.5cl

From Clos Du Soleil, Saturn is a late harvest wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and presented in a 37.5cl bottle. Harvested in November, it offers a rich, concentrated style shaped by carefully selected grapes and a slow, measured élevage.

The fruit was hand-harvested in the early morning of 12 November 2014, then gently pressed before the juice was fermented for two months in old, neutral French oak puncheons. Ageing on the lees until bottling adds further depth. Enjoy it now, or cellar it to allow greater complexity and richness to emerge over time.
