Corcova Roy & Damboviceanu Chardonnay White Wine

From Corcova in Romania’s Oltenia region, Roy & Damboviceanu Chardonnay is a dry white wine made from Chardonnay grapes with 13.5% ABV. Fresh yet creamy in style, it offers a rounded, full-bodied palate with good acidity and a long finish.

The aromatic profile brings together apricot and peach with sweet almond and muffin, while the bouquet develops notes of golden apple, ripe pear, vanilla and butter. Served at 10–12°C, it suits light seafood starters, fresh cheeses, fish with polenta, or turbot with grilled vegetables.
