Crama Delta Dunarii La Sapata Petillant Naturel Feteasca Regala Artisanal Organic White Wine

From Crama Delta Dunarii, La Sapata Petillant Naturel is an artisanal organic white wine from Dobrogea in south-east Romania. Made from 100% Feteasca Regala, this dry brut style undergoes a second fermentation in bottle with the addition of its own natural must, giving it a distinctive cloudy appearance with yeast deposits and a fresh, lively character.

At 12.5% ABV, it opens with an intensely fruity bouquet of citrus, grass and elderflower, alongside a slight yeast note. The palate is refreshing and yeasty, with grapefruit, white flowers and lime, followed by lingering acidity and a long finish. Serve chilled at 6–8°C as an aperitif or alongside appetisers, fish, cheese, salads, shellfish, smoked fish and light Asian dishes.

Palate
