Cramele Recas Schwaben Wien Feteasca Regala White Wine

From Cramele Recas in Banat, Schwaben Wein Feteasca Regala is a white wine made from Feteasca Regala, also known as Royal Maiden. At 11% ABV, it is produced with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats and selected yeasts to preserve freshness.

The wine shows a salmon-pink colour of medium intensity, with persistent aromas of red fruits including strawberries and raspberries. Good acidity balances the sensation of sweetness, giving it a dynamic character. Serve chilled at 8–10°C alongside cumin cheese, Edam or Maasdam, chicken or potato stew, fish, or desserts such as ice cream, cheesecake and fruit tarts.
