Cramele Recas Sole Feteasca Regala Barrique Vegan White Wine

From Cramele Recas in Banat, Sole Feteasca Regala Barrique is a dry white wine made from Feteasca Regala and bottled at 12.5% ABV. Grapes are selected mainly from the terraces of the Saldabas Valley, where western exposure and a longer ripening period support greater aromatic complexity and structure.

Cold settling and low-temperature fermentation preserve the wine’s floral and fruit-led character, followed by three months in barrique for added integration and refinement. Its lively acidity and elegant body make it a natural partner for fish and seafood, particularly turbot, catfish and horse mackerel, as well as white meats including poultry and pork.

Nose

Serve at 8–12°C. Pairs well with all types of fish and seafood, especially turbot, catfish and horse mackerel, and with white meats such as poultry and pork, including Mangalitsa pork.
