From Domaine Drouhin in Oregon, this Pinot Noir comes from the family’s Dundee Hills estate and reflects the house style of elegance, balance and finesse. First produced in 1988 as the Drouhin family’s inaugural Oregon wine, it has become a longstanding choice for cellars and wine lists alike.
Expressive and layered, it opens with floral notes, candied dark cherry and plum, alongside savoury detail, sandalwood and a touch of oak. The palate brings dark fruit and cherry with pink peppercorn, rhubarb and five-spice, supported by ripe, well-integrated tannins and a graceful structure. Approachable now, it also has the persistence to age over the next 10 years and beyond.
