Sourced from ten separate plots around the village, with vines averaging 50 years of age and planted at high density, the wine is fermented with natural yeasts. The style is pure and traditional, with white peach and citrus flavours layered with hints of nuts and baked bread, alongside the steely minerality associated with Puligny-Montrachet. It is particularly well suited to serving with shellfish.
