Bestue Vinadores Cabernet Sauvignon - Garnacha (750ml - 14.5%)

From the Otto Bestué family in Enate, Huesca, Bestué Viñadores Cabernet Sauvignon – Garnacha is a red wine from Somontano with 14.5% ABV. Made from 80% Garnacha and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, it brings together the expressive fruit of Garnacha with added structure and depth from Cabernet Sauvignon.

Hand-harvested in the first week of October in 20-kilo boxes and picked in the early morning at around 10ºC, the wine is fermented with manual cap handling and two daily pump-overs. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, it shows a polished balance between fruit and oak, making it a strong choice for the table alongside grilled or roasted meats, hearty stews and cured cheeses.
