EFE Raki - Sari Zeybek TRIPLE OAK (700ml - 45%)

From Efe Distillery near Izmir, Sarı Zeybek Triple Oak is a raki made from 100% grapes and bottled at 45% ABV. Triple distilled in traditional copper alembics with aromatic aniseed, it uses only the heart cut, known in Turkish as Göbek, during each distillation.

Matured for a minimum of six months in a Solera system with French, American and Eastern European oak barrels, it brings together anise, gentle spice and subtle oak influence in a balanced, layered style. Best served neat at 8–10C or diluted with equal parts water, it also suits traditional meze and richer dishes such as braised lamb, liver and mature cheeses.
