La Fee Parisien Absinthe 68% 70cl

From La Fée, the Parisienne Absinthe is a classic verte absinthe, distilled in the Rhône-Alpes and bottled in Paris. Created using an authentic 19th-century recipe, it is made with nine herbs and spices, including grand wormwood, anise and fennel, for a clean, dry, herbaceous profile suited to cocktails as well as the traditional serve. Natural colour from the maceration of herbs produces a slow, opalescent louche when diluted.

La Fée is recognised as a pioneer in absinthe’s renaissance, returning traditional absinthe to France in 2000 with La Fée Parisienne and producing spirits distilled in France and Switzerland.
