El Jimador Tequila El Jimador Blanco Tequila 70cl NV

Produced at Casa Herradura in Amatitán, Jalisco, El Jimador Blanco Tequila is made from 100% blue agave grown locally in the heart of Mexico’s tequila region. Estate bottled and made using traditional methods, the agave is cooked in clay ovens before natural fermentation with wild yeasts.

Bottled immediately after the second distillation, this blanco style preserves fresh natural agave aromas and a clean, smooth character. Its bright, unaged profile makes it a versatile choice for serving neat or mixing where a clear agave character is wanted.
