Lobos 1707 Tequila Joven (700ml - 40%)

Rooted in Jalisco and finished with a distinctive nod to Spanish sherry tradition, Lobos 1707 Tequila Joven is made from 100% Blue Weber agave and bottled at 40% ABV. It rests for around two months in American white oak before a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bringing added depth while keeping the agave character clear and focused.

The profile is bright and expressive, with herbaceous and lightly floral aromas followed by notes of yellow and orange bell pepper, marcona almond and white pepper, layered with fresh melon and clean agave sweetness. Smooth and balanced in texture, it finishes crisp and lingering. Equally suited to sipping neat or over ice, it also works well in cocktails such as a Tommy’s Margarita or Paloma.
