Dos Hombres Joven Mezcal is the product of multiple generations of proud mezcal producers from the small village of San Luis del Río, in a remote region of Oaxaca, Mexico. Blessed with rich soil and reliable rainfall, the area cultivates some of the finest agave in the world. Espadín agave is grown for at least six years before harvest, when the leaves are cut away and the piña is carefully unearthed. At his hillside home overlooking the village, master mezcalero Velasco is only a short walk from his palenque, where roasted agave is prepared in earthen ovens and crushed using a traditional tahona stone wheel. From these time-honoured methods comes a unique blend of the finest Espadín agave, hand-selected from the surrounding hillsides.

Crafted with care by Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston, Dos Hombres presents an inviting fragrance and a rich, balanced flavour that engages the palate with distinctive smoothness. Lightly smoked over a wood fire, it reveals vegetal notes, smoked pepper and a hint of citrus, delivering harmony between aroma, strength, smoke and smoothness. This carefully composed mezcal can be savoured neat or enjoyed in a Mezcalita cocktail with triple sec, lime and sugar syrup.
