Its aroma combines herbaceous spicy leaves, fresh herbs, tangy kumquats and warm woody undertones. On the palate, it begins with sweet, fruity notes, develops into bitter salad leaves and nutty almonds, then finishes with moderate pepperiness and a subtle biscuity aftertaste.
