From one of Alsace’s most established producers, Trimbach Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg 2023 is a dry white wine with notable depth and structure. This 2023 vintage opens with orange, honey and savoury herbal notes, followed by spicy, resinous and floral aromas, alongside a classic beeswax character from maturation.

On the palate, it is dry yet full-textured, showing greengage, honey, orange and apricot flavours. A green apple note on the finish brings a Champagne-like freshness, while the length on the palate gives it impressive persistence.
