From Ixsir, El IXSIR 2016 is a red wine drawn from vineyards in Hadath Baalbek, Yammouneh and Ainata, with sites ranging from 1,180 to 1,800 metres in elevation. The 2016 vintage shows a deep purple-ruby colour and a layered profile shaped by high-altitude limestone terroirs.

Aromas of red fruits and blackberry liqueur are joined by touches of incense, mint and cedar sap. On the palate, it is suave and intense, with rich mineral tension and a fresh, persistent finish.
