From Fattoria Mancini, the Impero Blanc de Pinot Noir 2024 is a still white wine made from Pinot Noir, created as the culmination of more than forty years’ experience in this style of vinification. Named “Impero” (Empire in Italian), it reflects a focused approach: producing an important white wine using only the varieties traditionally grown by the family.

First released with the 1998 vintage and established as the winery’s flagship, this cuvée is made by softly pressing whole bunches with great care to minimise skin contact and colour extraction. Fermentation takes place in barrel, followed by ageing in oak for 12 months, shaping a wine noted for its complexity and longevity.
