Fixaball BSW Whitworth 5/16" Socket Cap Screw High Tensile 12.9 DIN 912

For Whitworth-threaded fastening applications, this Fixaball socket cap screw is supplied in 5/16" BSW high tensile steel with a self-colour black finish. It features an Allen hexagon socket cap head and is produced to BS 2470, with socket capscrews inch ANSI/BS 1936 also stated in the source.

Available in a range of lengths, the shorter sizes are fully threaded and the longer sizes are partially threaded. The self-colour finish has no surface treatment and suits applications with no exposure to moisture, where greasing or oiling may be used to help prevent oxidisation and rusting.
