For Whitworth threaded fastening applications, this Fixaball BSW half thin hexagon locking nut is made from Grade 1 steel in a self colour finish. Produced to BS1768, it is intended for use behind a standard nut where an additional locking nut is required within the assembly.

The reduced-profile form provides a half thin lock nut format for BSW imperial threads. Suitable for matching with the corresponding thread size, it offers a straightforward option where BS1768 specification and Grade 1 steel construction are required.
