Fixaball M12 Throughbolts A4 Stainless Steel Masonry Anchor ETA Option 7

For heavy-duty fixing into non-cracked concrete, masonry and non-porous stone, the Fixaball M12 throughbolt masonry anchor is manufactured in A4/316 stainless steel. This torque controlled expansion anchor suits concrete over C20/25 strength and uses a through-fixing format, with the hole diameter matching the bolt diameter.

A4/316 is marine grade stainless steel, suited to locations exposed to constant water, air and chemical contact, including salt exposure. The range includes multiple lengths, making it suitable for securing fixtures in position without removing and repositioning them during installation.

Safety information

• Check the concrete strength, grade and edge distance before installation.
• The concrete base must be compact and crack free.
• Minimum installation depth values must always be respected for anchor depth, anchor-to-anchor distances and anchor-to-edge distances.
• Drill to the specified minimum depth and diameter, perpendicular to the base material surface.
• Take special care when drilling near reinforcement areas to avoid damage.
• Clean holes thoroughly to remove dust and debris with a suitably sized brush.
• When temperature is below 0ºC, ensure water does not seep into the hole.
• Do not apply any intermediate layer between the material to be fixed and the washer, including sealing products.
• Apply the specified torque with a torque wrench.
