Fixaball UNC Hex Nyloc Nut Steel Zinc BZP P Type DIN982

For inch-based threaded fastening, this Fixaball UNC hex nyloc nut is a P-type standard height nut with a nylon insert for a more secure fit under vibration or stress. It is made from low carbon steel with a zinc/Cr3 plated finish and conforms to DIN 982.

The nylon insert sits slightly undersize to the thread, so the mating fastener cuts into the insert as it is tightened, increasing compression around the thread. This range covers UNC, NE standard sizes from 1/4" through to 1 1/2", making it suitable where Unified National Coarse threads are required.
