From Gramona in Penedès, Innoble Cuvée 318 Corpinnat is a sparkling wine made from 100% Xarel·lo. This non-vintage cuvée takes a different approach, combining three successive harvests that are matured in barrels before blending, then aged on the lees for 55 months to develop added complexity and texture.

The character is intricate and layered, with notes of pine forest and spice alongside a fragrant homemade apple pie quality. Its extended ageing and single-grape composition give it depth and poise, making it a distinctive bottle for celebratory occasions or a more considered aperitif.
