A dry white wine from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, it is made primarily from Grenache Blanc and Clairette and shows a mineral-driven character with notes of stone fruit, herbs and subtle spice.

Brilliant pale gold in the glass, it opens with aromatic intensity and carries impressive structure and balance through the palate. The finish is clean and persistent, making it well suited to serving as an aperitif or alongside seafood, poultry and Mediterranean dishes. Best served at 10–12C.
