Havendro EZ Curl Spinlock Barbell Weightlifting Bar Gym Weight Lifting

Built for controlled upper-body lifting, the Havendro EZ Curl Spinlock Barbell Weightlifting Bar Gym Weight Lifting uses an EZ curl profile that places the hands and wrists in a more natural position than a straight bar. The shape gives the bar a more comfortable feel through curls and similar lifts, while the steel construction keeps it suited to regular, heavy-duty training.

Each end provides 16cm of loading space for weight plates, giving you room to adjust the setup to your session. Spinlock collars at both ends are easy to remove when changing plates and tighten securely to keep everything in place. Knurled grip sections along the bar add a firmer hold where it matters.
