From Henriot, the Souverain Brut Champagne N.V. is created to express the balance and precision of the great Champagne terroirs, shaped by a blend designed for the house’s distinctive character. Chardonnay takes the lead at 50%, complemented by 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier for a composed, assured style.

To bring depth and consistency, the final cuvée draws on more than 25 cru wines sourced from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, alongside 30% reserve wines. Each year, Henriot’s Cellar Master, Laurent Fresnet, creates the final blend to replicate the signature Henriot style. After blending, every bottle rests for more than 3 years in the house cellars in Reims, allowing time to develop before release.
