From Champagne Palmer & Co., Brut Réserve Champagne N.V. reflects the house’s focus on precision and consistency, shaped by a long-standing commitment to reserve wines and extended ageing. Founded in 1947 by seven winegrowers, Palmer established its cellars in Reims in 1959 and has since expanded beyond the city, with 450 hectares of vineyards, including over 200 hectares classified as Grand and Premier Crus.

Palmer’s non-vintage approach centres on continuity from year to year. Each spring, the blend is composed of about 65% wine from the previous harvest and 35% from reserve stocks. Part of the new blend is then held back as still wine to support the reserve programme for future years, with the reserve blend typically dominated by the previous three to four vintages. In 2015, the range adopted the term “Réserve” to better represent its long ageing periods and the inclusion of reserve wines.
