Designed for focused strength sessions at home, the HXGN Ultimate Dumbbell Weight Bench brings flexible training positions to a compact, space-conscious setup. With 6 easily adjustable settings, it supports upright, 3 incline options, flat and decline work, helping you vary your angle across a wide range of exercises.

Ideal for both weight lifting and bodyweight training, the flat and decline positions are particularly suited to abdominal exercises. A raised front stabiliser lets you wedge your feet underneath to hold your legs down for added control during ab training. For dumbbell routines, the bench offers a stable base, and it can also be positioned under a rack, cage or stand for barbell workouts.

Built with heavy duty tubular construction, it pairs an extra thick cushioned seat pad and backrest with practical stability features, including non-slip protective rubber feet and adjustable back stabiliser end caps to help level the bench on uneven surfaces. A built-in storage rack beneath the backrest holds 2 pairs of dipped cast dumbbells, while upright storage helps save space between workouts.
