You can hit your biceps, triceps, abs, shoulders, chest, back and lower body from different angles with dozens of exercises.

The multi purpose bench is ideal for both weight lifting and bodyweight training. The flat and decline positions are perfect for abdominal work. To help, the weight bench includes a raised front stabiliser that you can wedge your feet under to hold your legs down for extra control as you train your abs. Great for dumbbell training, the bench can also be positioned under a rack, cage or stand for barbell workouts.

The weight bench features a heavy duty tubular construction with an extra thick cushioned seat and backrest for durability and maximum comfort. In addition, the unique adjustable back stabiliser end caps help to level the bench on uneven surfaces while the non-slip protective rubber feet provide improved stability.

Suitable for home use, the bench is highly durably and compact with a built in dumbbell storage rack underneath the backrest. This provides space for 2 pairs of vinyl/neoprene cast dumbbells to help keep your workout area tidy. When not in use the bench can be stored upright for space saving at home.
