Jim & Tonic Caribbean Gold Rum

Drawn from three Caribbean islands, Jim & Tonic Caribbean Gold Rum is a molasses-based blend aged for at least three years in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels. Bottled at 37.5% ABV, it has a rich, full-bodied character shaped by barrel ageing and the influence of medium and light char oak.

Sweet notes of vanilla and caramel sit alongside toasted oak, while a subtle smokiness adds extra depth without overwhelming the spirit’s natural sweetness. Smooth and layered, it suits relaxed sipping as well as classic rum serves.
