Jim & Tonic Spiced Gold Rum

Jim & Tonic Spiced Gold Rum brings together aged Caribbean rums with a warming infusion of spices and dried fruit. Barrel aged for at least three years in ex-Bourbon barrels, it is a spiced gold rum with 37.5% ABV and a smooth, full-bodied character.

Ginger, vanilla, raisins and orange add aromatic depth to the blend, giving it a layered profile that works equally well served neat or used in spiced cocktails. The base of Caribbean molasses and the extended barrel ageing give it a rounded style suited to relaxed sipping and mixed serves alike.
