Designed and manufactured in Kuhn Rikon, Switzerland, the Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Inox pressure cooker brings a timeless stainless steel finish to everyday cooking. This 22cm, 7L model features a long handle with a smaller assist handle for controlled lifting and pouring, while the spring-loaded precision valve and integrated lid locking support confident use.

Built from 18/10 stainless steel with a solid aluminium Superthermic sandwich base, it is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Two pressure settings are provided, with a pressure indicator in the lid to help you monitor when the desired level has been reached.

Use and care

• Follow the detailed instructions supplied with the pressure cooker
• Handwash and dry after use; handwashing is recommended using warm water and washing-up liquid
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers and do not use sharp objects to remove stuck food
• Avoid regular cleaning in the dishwasher
• Keep the pressure indicator clean
• Do not exceed maximum capacity: half full for pulses, rice and fruit; two-thirds full for stock, soup, meat and vegetables
• Pressure can be released by turning off the heat, depressing the pressure indicator until steam has released, or cooling the rim under tepid running water
