Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Inox Pressure Cooker Side Grips

Designed and manufactured in Kuhn Rikon, Switzerland, the Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Inox pressure cooker with side grips brings a clean, timeless look to the hob. Side handles make it easier to lift and move, while taking up less space during cooking and storage.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a solid aluminium Superthermic sandwich base, it is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. A spring-loaded precision valve, integrated lid locking and 3 safety release systems form part of its 5 safety features, with three ways to release pressure once cooking is complete. A trivet is included, and the pressure cooker is supplied with detailed instructions.

Use and care

• Follow the detailed instructions supplied with the pressure cooker
• Handwash and dry after use; handwashing is recommended using warm water and washing-up liquid
• For discolouration, limescale or a more intensive clean, use SWISS CLEANER; limescale can also be removed with vinegar or lemon juice
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, scourers and sharp objects
• Avoid regular cleaning in the dishwasher
• Keep the pressure indicator clean
• Never exceed maximum capacity: half full for pulses, rice and fruit; two-thirds full for stock, soup, meat and vegetables
