KuKoo Grease Trap - 96 Litres

From KuKoo, this 96L Grease Trap is a heavy-duty under-sink interceptor designed to help keep commercial kitchen drainage running smoothly and hygienically. By capturing food waste and separating oil from water, it supports cleaner drainage and reduces the need for frequent emptying thanks to its substantial capacity.

Inside, a large basket collects food waste as it enters the trap, while small holes allow water to pass through and oil rises to the surface. A baffle partitions the tank into two sections, with a 2cm clearance beneath it to allow water to transfer across and flow to the 50mm outlet on the right-hand side. For cleaning, the large lid offers easy access; the basket can be removed using two secure bars, then the lid is refitted and fastened with four spring clips. A rubber seal helps contain unpleasant odours.
