THE SPIRIT

At Lost Dutchman Spirits, we believe great gin deserves time and patience. After distillation, beginning life as a traditional London Dry, our gin is matured in seasoned Oloroso Sherry casks allowing the spirit to develop deep character, warm oak complexity, a subtle golden hue and a richer, rounder profile and its layered sweetness.
