Designed under the creative direction of Johanna Franks, it features the Deadly Night Shade artwork: a cloudy grey backdrop with a panther moving through fantastical foliage, joined by swooping owls. When illuminated, the gold foil lining creates a warm, ambient glow, while the shade’s metallic lining keeps light directional, reflecting from the top and bottom rather than through the sides.

Handmade to order in the UK, this velvet drum lampshade is designed for table lamps, floor lamps and ceiling pendants, with 8 sizes available to suit different proportions. It uses industry-standard ring sets for UK and EU lamps and includes a reducing ring to convert from a 39mm / ES27 fitting (EU) to a 29mm / smaller bayonet fitting (UK). The bulb holder sits 4cm up from the bottom on a lamp shade, or 4cm down from the top on a ceiling pendant shade; for arc floor lamps, the ceiling pendant fitting position is required.
