Multi-grip press arms create different training angles, while independent Pec Dec arms support controlled chest isolation work. High and low pulley stations widen the exercise range further, using the included lat pulldown bar, short bar, single handle and ankle strap. A 4-position backrest, 6-position seat, adjustable foam roller and adjustable leg press backrest allow the setup to be tailored for different users, while 2000lb aircraft-grade cables and sealed-bearing pulleys keep movement smooth and controlled through each repetition.
