From MasterClass Professional, this 30cm Induction Ready Wok is designed for fast, high-temperature cooking, bringing confident performance to both commercial-style kitchens and serious home set-ups. Its large 30cm width makes it well suited to generous portions, from sizzling stir-fries to fried rice, while the flat base helps distribute heat evenly across the hob.

Built with a three-layer design for durability, the wok combines a heavy-duty carbon steel exterior with a ceramic-coated interior for heat retention, finished with a nano-silica non-stick coating for fuss-free cooking and easier cleaning. A riveted handle adds stability when lifting and moving the wok, even when it’s heavily filled. It’s also suitable for use with metal utensils without scratching.
