Tri-Ply construction pairs a premium aluminium core with 304 stainless steel layers for responsive heating across the cooking surface. Inside, the PFAS free XERADUR 5 ceramic non-stick coating uses a dual-layer sol-gel system, combining a robust base layer for abrasion resistance with a top layer designed to support smooth food release. A heat-resistant tempered glass lid and a riveted helper handle add stability when lifting and transferring.
