Made from commercial weight 1 mm thick carbon steel, each pan is electroplated for robustness and durability. Rolled edges help prevent rust, while the pans absorb and distribute oven heat more evenly for more reliable cooking results. A double non-stick Quantum II coating helps food release easily from the surface, and it is free from chemicals such as bisphenol A (BPA), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). Fridge and freezer safe, they’re also easy to maintain, whether washed in warm water or cleaned in the dishwasher.
