Gavi Di Gavi Aulico shows a straw-yellow colour with greenish sparkles, a soft and elegant bouquet, and rich fruit nuances, finishing harmonious and long lasting. Rocca Primitivo has an intense deep red colour, with notes of fresh fruit and marmalade, followed on the palate by cherry, ripe fruit, plum and vanilla. Torridoro Primitivo Di Manduria has a deep purple hue, a complex bouquet of spices and ripe fruits, a powerful structure, soft sweetness, gentle tannins and a lasting finish.
