Louis Moreau Petit Chablis (750ml - 12%)

From Louis Moreau, this Petit Chablis comes from Burgundy, with fruit sourced from the villages of Beines and Chablis. It is a fresh, aromatic white wine with a dynamic nose showing apple and citrus, opening with lively character and finishing with smooth, refreshing roundness on the palate.

The grapes are harvested in the second half of the season to reach optimal ripeness and flavour expression. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with 100% alcoholic fermentation over 15 to 18 days at 18C using natural yeasts, followed by complete malolactic fermentation at around 20C over several months.
