Murfatlar Trei Hectare Chardonnay White Wine

From Murfatlar on the Black Sea coast, Trei Hectare Chardonnay is a dry white wine from the Dobrogea region. Bottled at 13.5% ABV, it offers a fresh, full-bodied style with a clear greenish-yellow colour and a polished sheen.

The profile combines citrus and tropical fruit aromas with a distinct mineral note linked to the calcareous vineyard soils, alongside subtle oak. On the palate, green fruit, delicate creaminess and traces of vanilla bring persistence and balance. It suits a range of lighter dishes, including fish, seafood, chicken, white meat salads, vegetables and light cheeses, while also pairing with roasted lamb.
