From Ribera del Duero’s high plateau of Pedrosa, Pago de los Capellanes Reserva 2022 is a red wine made primarily from Tinto Fino, with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grown on clay and limestone soils, it is matured for 18 months in French oak and bottled unfiltered.

The style is concentrated and aromatic, with ripe dark fruit character and a composed, polished structure. Glossy, mature tannins and a long, elegant finish give it presence at the table, while the oak ageing brings added spice and depth.

Richly concentrated with mulberry and black cherry fruit aromas and flavours, showing great balance with glossy, mature tannins and elegant fruit character that echoes the nose.
