From Russiz Superiore in Friuli’s Collio region, Col Disore 2013 is a white wine that brings together vibrancy, concentration and notable complexity with a mellow, rounded character. This traditional Collio blend combines Pinot Bianco, Friulano, Sauvignon and Ribolla Gialla, with fruit grown on elevated vineyard sites in the prized Flysch, or Ponca, soils.

A period of ageing in oak followed by bottle ageing helps knit the wine together, balancing freshness with a richer, more generous palate. The bouquet shows acacia blossom, pink grapefruit and herbal nuances, while the finish is sustained and marked by almond undertones.
